I agree with the Supreme COurt's decision in the case of Tinker v. Des Moines because i think students should be able to exercise their first amendment rights in school systems. It is an important because it allows students to express their opinions on the government with little or not restrictions. Without this case school systems could force students to think a certain way or even make them want a certain presidential candidate to win. Our first amendment rights apply to everyone and everywhere in the United States.
I agree with the Supreme courts decision in the case of Schenck vs the Us. I think rights given by the amendments are not to be abused. In times of war i think it's important that all hands our on deck with the countries decision.
